Always ride on designated bike lanes and obey traffic signals. Keep a safe distance from pedestrians and drive cautiously to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
Pre-Ride Check
Before you start your ride, inspect the scooter for any damage or malfunction. Check the brakes, lights, and battery level to ensure a safe journey.
Speed Limit
Adhere to the local speed limits for electric scooters. In urban areas, maintain a speed of no more than 20 km/h to ensure a safe experience for yourself and others.
Proper Parking
After your ride, park the scooter in designated parking areas without blocking pedestrian pathways or entryways. Make sure the scooter is upright and secure.
Payment Responsibility
Ensure that you complete your payment through the app before starting your ride. You are responsible for any damage to the scooter or lost items during your rental period.
There is a $10 fine for illegal parking.
Blocking Sidewalks
Parking on sidewalks causes obstructions for pedestrians and can lead to a fine.
Parking in No-Parking Zones
Leaving scooters in designated no-parking areas is prohibited and results in penalties.
Blocking Access to Entrances
Parking in front of building entrances can hinder access and will incur a fine.
Parked on Private Property
Leaving scooters on private land without permission can lead to towing and fines.
Littering with Scooters
Improperly disposing of scooters or leaving them in public spaces contributes to littering fines.
Improper Locking
If scooters are not locked properly, they may be confiscated and result in a fine.
Follow the rules for using QuickScoot transport
In case of violation of the rules of use, which caused damage to our transport or a traffic accident involving the User, a fine of $100 is provided, as well as compensation for damage caused to the QuickScoot vehicle.
